What does the partner programme include?
A reseller margin on plans and services, a demonstration register, implementer training, and a named contact. Terms are in the partner agreement.
How does it fit next to the ERP?
Journals post to the GL in the ERP's import layout; capital purchases come in from the ERP's A/P export. The register stays the subledger.
Who does conversion and support?
Either you or we do, per engagement. Support to the end customer comes from our account managers unless you contract to provide it.
Can we brand it?
No. The product carries its own name; you are named as the implementer.
