For CPA firms

One register per client. One firm. Every treatment the return needs.

Firms keep fixed-asset registers for dozens of clients and produce the Form 4562 for each. Fixed Asset Desk holds every client as its own entity, with its own books, calendar and GL mapping, under one firm licence.

Illustrative screen with sample data: one register per client under a firm licence.

Can we keep many clients in one system?

Yes. Each client is an entity with its own fiscal calendar, GL mapping, books and users. Firm staff see the clients they are assigned to. Reports run per client or across the firm.

Does it produce what the return needs?

The Form 4562 worksheet by class and convention, the disposal report with Section 1245 and 1250 recapture for Form 4797, the state difference report, and a projection for planning. Exports go into whichever preparer software the client uses.

What about clients who keep their own register?

A client can run the same product in-house and send you the file, or you can hold the register and give the client's controller view access. Either way it is the same database format.

Do the tax tables stay current?

Federal and state changes are applied before the season they affect and logged in the changelog with dates. The 100% bonus restoration for property acquired after 19 January 2025 was applied for the 2025 season.

How is a firm licensed?

By total asset records across clients, on the standard plans, with a firm rate above 10,000 records. There is no per-client or per-preparer fee.
